An artificial banana plant or banana tree has the broad leaves of the Musa, available at just over 1 metre and almost 2 metres tall. It is UV-resistant, can stand indoors or outdoors and never needs watering.
This collection has 2 artificial banana plants (Musa): one 120 cm tall with a ø16 cm pot and one 180 cm tall with a ø20 cm pot. We measure height from the bottom of the pot to the tallest leaf. The 120 cm plant fits next to a sofa, by a window or in an office where you want to break up a view without closing off the space. The 180 cm is an eye-catcher for a living room with an empty corner, a hallway or a reception area. Banana leaves fan out wide, so leave plenty of room around the plant.
