Pros and cons

According to our plant experts

Pro: Needs no water or light, so it can also stand in a dark spot.
Pro: Always keeps its shape and never drops leaves.
Pro: Comes in a white pot and is ready to put in place straight away.
Con: Doesn't purify the air or grow like a real plant does.
Con: Collects dust, so you'll need to dust it now and then.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

Frequently asked questions about Artificial plant Succulent including white pot 19 cm - ø13

The questions we're asked most about this plant. Can't find yours? Our plant experts are happy to help.

Ask your question

How do you clean an artificial succulent in a white pot?

Dust it now and then with a soft, dry cloth or a feather duster to keep the leaves looking fresh. The artificial succulent in a white pot needs no other maintenance: no water and no light.

How real does an artificial succulent in a white pot look?

It's a lifelike replica, with fleshy, neatly shaped leaves. From a few metres away most people can't tell it's artificial. Up close, or if you touch the leaves, you will notice it isn't real.

Will an artificial succulent in a white pot fit in a decorative pot?

This artificial succulent comes in a ø13 cm white pot, so you can put it in place straight away. If you want a different look, you can put it, pot and all, into a larger decorative pot.

Can you put an artificial succulent in a white pot outside or in the sun?

Yes. The artificial succulent in a white pot is UV and weather resistant, so it can also go outside, for example on the patio or balcony. The colours stay looking good, even in the sun. Outdoors, make sure it stands firmly or weigh down the pot so it doesn't blow over in strong wind.

How is an artificial succulent in a white pot delivered?

We ship the artificial succulent in its white pot well protected in a closed box. Delivery usually takes 4 to 5 working days. If anything is damaged on arrival, send us photos and we will sort out a solution.
