Details

Three young houseplants in pink and red tones: Tradescantia Pink Paradise, Philodendron Pink Bikini and Aglaonema Red Valentine. Colourful and compact.

Contents: 3 plants (Tradescantia 'Pink Paradise', Philodendron 'Pink Bikini' and Aglaonema 'Red Valentine') · Height: 10 to 15 cm (including nursery pot) · Pot size: ø6 cm per plant

The Baby Paradise Mix is a set of three young houseplants in pink and red tones, each in a pot of ø6 cm. The Tradescantia 'Pink Paradise' has small leaves with pink stripes, the Philodendron 'Pink Bikini' has glossy heart-shaped leaves with pink spots and the Aglaonema 'Red Valentine' has leaves with lots of red and pink. The plants are 10 to 15 cm tall including nursery pot.

On a bright windowsill or shelf, they create a warm colour accent together. Place them in a bright spot, with at most some gentle morning or evening sun; this keeps the pink tones at their strongest. Water moderately, avoid wet feet and occasionally give some plant food during the growing season. All three are toxic to cats and dogs. The plants are in a nursery pot; choose a decorative pot separately.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

Frequently asked questions about Tradescantia, Philodendron en Aglaonema

The questions we're asked most about this plant. Can't find yours? Our plant experts are happy to help.

Ask your question

Which plants are in the Baby Paradise Mix?

The set contains a Tradescantia 'Pink Paradise' with pink striped leaves, a Philodendron 'Pink Bikini' with glossy leaves and pink spots, and an Aglaonema 'Red Valentine' with red and pink leaves. Each plant is in a pot of ø6 cm.

How large are the plants in the Baby Paradise Mix?

The plants are 10 to 15 cm tall, measured including nursery pot, in a pot of ø6 cm. The Tradescantia grows the fastest and may start to trail after a while.

Where should you place the Baby Paradise Mix?

In a bright spot with at most some gentle morning or evening sun, such as an east- or west-facing windowsill. Bright midday sun can burn the leaves; too little light makes the pink tones paler.

How often should you water the Baby Paradise Mix?

Water when the top layer of soil feels dry. In small pots, this may be every few days in summer. Never leave the soil waterlogged.

Is the Baby Paradise Mix toxic to pets?

Yes, the Philodendron and Aglaonema are toxic to cats and dogs, and the sap of the Tradescantia can irritate. Keep the set out of reach if you have pets.
