Details

Six young houseplants with pink and red leaf tones, each in a ø6 cm pot. Including Tradescantia, Philodendron and Aglaonema.

Species: Tradescantia, Philodendron, Aglaonema and Alocasia · Quantity: 6 plants · Height: 10 to 15 cm per plant (including nursery pot) · Pot size: ø6 cm

The Baby Paradise Mix contains six young houseplants with plenty of red and pink in the leaves: Tradescantia 'Pink Paradise', Philodendron 'Pink Bikini', Aglaonema 'Red Valentine', Tradescantia zebrina 'Pink Joy', Philodendron 'Sun Red' and Alocasia cuprea 'Red'. Each plant is in a ø6 cm nursery pot and is 10 to 15 cm tall.

Together, they add colour to a windowsill or plant corner. The red and pink tones stay at their best in a bright spot, without intense midday sun. Water regularly and prevent water from remaining in the pots. Philodendron, Aglaonema, Alocasia and Tradescantia are toxic to cats and dogs. The plants are supplied in nursery pots.

Delivery

Shipping a two-metre plant takes more than a box and some tape. That's why we do it differently from an ordinary online shop.

How your plant arrives in one piece

Fresh from the greenhouse
Your plant does not sit in a warehouse for weeks. The grower only takes it out of the greenhouse after you order and prepares it straight away.
Packed securely
In a box made for plants. Plant and soil are secured and a protective sleeve keeps the leaves intact, so nothing shifts on the way.
Protected from heat and frost
Is it very hot or freezing outside? Then we add a cold pack or heat pack to the box, so the weather doesn't affect your plant on the way.
The right carrier for every size
Smaller plants are delivered by PostNL or DHL. The very largest plants travel upright on a pallet with a specialist carrier.
You know exactly when it arrives
As soon as your plant is on its way, you receive track & trace by email, so you can make sure someone is home and, for a large plant, someone to help carry it in.

The questions we're asked most about this plant. Can't find yours? Our plant experts are happy to help.

Ask your question

Which plants are included in the Baby Paradise Mix?

The Baby Paradise Mix contains Tradescantia 'Pink Paradise', Philodendron 'Pink Bikini', Aglaonema 'Red Valentine', Tradescantia zebrina 'Pink Joy', Philodendron 'Sun Red' and Alocasia cuprea 'Red'. Each plant is in its own nursery pot.

How large are the plants in the Baby Paradise Mix?

Each plant is 10 to 15 cm tall, measured including the nursery pot, and is in a ø6 cm pot. The Tradescantias grow the fastest and will start trailing after a while.

How much light do the plants in the Baby Paradise Mix need?

Give them a bright spot, because the red and pink tones fade in insufficient light. Avoid intense midday sun, as it can burn the leaves of the Alocasia and Aglaonema.

How often should you water the Baby Paradise Mix?

Check the soil a few times a week and water as soon as the top layer is dry. Small pots dry out quickly, but do not leave water standing in the pot either.

Are the plants in the Baby Paradise Mix toxic to pets?

Yes, Philodendron, Aglaonema, Alocasia and Tradescantia are toxic or irritating to cats and dogs. Keep the plants out of reach if you have pets.
