The inch plant Tradescantia zebrina 'Pink Joy' is a small trailing plant with pointed leaves in shades of purple and pink. It is a young plant measuring 5 cm tall including the nursery pot, in a pot of ø6 cm. The trailing stems grow quickly and will hang over the edge of the pot after a few months.

Place it on a sunny or very bright windowsill, as the colour fades in shade and the trailing stems become long and bare. Later, it looks lovely in a hanging pot or on a high shelf in the living room or kitchen. Allow the top layer of soil to dry slightly before watering. The plant sap may irritate the skin, including that of cats and dogs.
