Tradescantia 'Purple Joy' is an inch plant with graceful leaves in purple and pink shades that retain their colour all year round. You will receive a young plant: 5 cm tall including nursery pot, in a pot of ø6 cm. It grows quickly and after a while develops long, trailing stems.

A sunny windowsill or a desk close to the window is the best spot; in low light the leaves turn greener and the plant becomes leggy. If you want to let it hang later, place it on a shelf or in a hanging pot. Water moderately and allow the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. The sap may cause skin irritation, so keep it out of reach of pets.
