Which plants are in the surprise box small plants?
The box contains six small tropical houseplants in different species and colours. The composition varies with each delivery, so you do not know exactly which species you will receive in advance.
How large are the plants in the surprise box?
Each plant is in a nursery pot of ø6 cm and is 5 to 15 cm tall, measured including the nursery pot. They are young plants that will continue to grow with the right care.
How do you care for the plants from the surprise box?
Place them in partial shade without direct sunlight and give a small amount of water regularly. Look up the species name if you recognise it, then you can refine the care for each plant.
Are the plants from the surprise box safe for pets?
That depends on the species in your box, and these vary with each delivery. Many tropical houseplants are not suitable for cats and dogs. Therefore, keep the plants out of reach until you know which species you have.
When should you repot the plants from the surprise box?
If roots emerge from the bottom of the pot or the soil dries out within a day, it is time for a slightly larger pot. Preferably repot in spring or summer.
